x2 each day.
Brush, floss, and mouthwash every morning and night.

Correct order:
1. Floss (Why would you floss after brushing? Makes no sense to me.
2. Brush
3. Floss
I can't floss if don't have mouthwash. It grosses me out. I am lazy about brushing my teeth, unless I'm seeing a woman for any reason, I only brush once a day.
EverQuest, City of Heroes, Star Wars Galaxies, EverQuest II, World of Warcraft, Guild Wars, Star Wars TOR, Guild Wars 2, Rift.
Yes. Only since I got my lip pierced.
I also gargle warm sea salt water from time to time. I then run for the mouthwash after doing that.
I have read a lot of articles online that there are some people who just go with mouth wash at times because they do not have that much time to go through the whole process of brushing their teeth but I don't think that is hygienic at all.
What I do is floss, trust with toothpaste, rinse and use the mouthwash after. That is to give it some effect of "fresh" breath as what they would be advertised with.
Only when I have some on hand, which doesn't tend to be very often
››yeah, here used to be a signature once. I've must lost it somewhere in the twisting nether... still waiting for the mail from the postmaster.
Its gotta be an alcohol free mouthwash otherwise it might feel like your mouth is clean but the alcohol can dry your mouth out making your breathe worse. Toms of maine is pretty good they also make a flouride free toothpaste i highly reccomend
I just brush twice daily, maybe an extra time during the day if it's needed. My teeth are perfectly healthy, and I've never had any problems.
Also, I'm from the UK
I used to use listerine, but i don't get it any more, dont know why.
Twice a day atleast.
You are supposed to use mouthwash before brushing.
After pretty much every meal I use mouthwash, and depending on the drink I will use it after that also.
If the meal particularly 'clings to your teeth' or is a sugary dessert I will brush also.
Brush in the morning and before going to bed.
You should use mouthwash before brushing according to all the dentists/orthodontists I have talked to since it softens particles, but I rinse afterwards too.
So for me it is:
Normal Meal, mouthwash, few hours pass, 'bedtime brush', mouthwash rinse
Clingy/Sugary Meal, Mouthwash, Brush, Mouthwash rinse, few hours pass, bed.
Sugary/acidic thick drink, brush, mouthwash rinse
Sugary/acidic none thick drink, mouthwash
Take into account that I wear a brace if you think that seems alot ;d
I brush my teeth twice a week.
Basicly every time I take a shower, I brush my teeth, wich is twice a week.
I'll never understand people's recent obsession with hygiene.
Maybe because they want to be using their own teeth still when they are 40.
Bacterial hygiene (chopping board for example) however, I agree that obsession is silly. We did fine for years and years without anti bacterial sprays on our chopping boards before, now that people come into contact with the bacteria from another source they get sick because they haven't been able to make the antibodies.
Anti bacterial sprays are almost as bad as using antibiotics for trivial infections, good job making every species of bacteria immune to all of our defenses due to natural selection.
1. Wash mouth out with water.
2. Brush Teeth with paste.
3. Mouthwash for 30secs.
4. Wash mouth with water again/drink from refrigerated water. (Can't stand the taste of mouthwash)
I use mouthwash. Sometimes I floss.
I've got a family, and I drink cups of tea.
"MMMMMMMButtscratcher!"
Rinse mouth with water > Brush teeth > scrape tongue > rinse with water > mouthwash for 1minute > floss > rinse > profit
