I think it's better to select a title based on how it fits your character. I doubt I will ever find a title more fitting for mine than "the Magic Seeker" despite having almost all the prestigious PvE titles. If they had left in "the Malefic" title in wrath I would be sporting that one I think.

Silverwing Sentinel and Knight of Arathor alongside Battlemaster. If you're Alliance you get bonus prestige for having lived through 600+ WSGs with pugs.

IMHO the very idea of in-game prestige is sort of silly lol
