    New MSi G Series Notebooks

MSi recently released their brand new Gaming Notebooks that feature Ivy Bridge processors, and I've been considering picking one up as they are getting good reviews and are still coming in below $2000. I have no experience in the past with MSi and was hoping anyone that has owned one, or knows someone that owned one had some input on what to expect before I dump $1700 into my laptop fund for school.

    Currently looking at:

No real need for a BluRay drive, but I will be picking up a 64GB SSD to add to it since it would be less expensive than buying a version that includes it. The processor is aparently testing higher than i7 2600k, which I found impressive, but hard to believe, and I have no information about the Graphics card.

    Thanks for any input.

The GPU should be matching a 580M if I'm not mistaken, it's a nice laptop for a nice price
