I'm not 140% sure, but I heard that you can now level up to level 88 on beta, which means warlocks can now learn demonic gateway.

has anyone got to 88 yet? is there any video around showing this skill?

Damn, thread title got me all excited.

Yes, the level cap has been increased and the next zone's been opened up, but I don't think there are any 88s yet. I'd be grinding for it myself, but it's raid time.

Also, it seems like you dont have to be in party for people to use it. All they have to do is step thru it when it has charges, this resulted in heavy trolling by me putting a portal in the AH door. :P

Hit 88 a few hours ago but due to server shutdowns every 5 mins I haven't had much time to play around with it.

Looks pretty cool and I like the quick setup of the spell.

That's freaking awesome, though it's not instant as it say's. Has a traveling speed, which isn't to long ofc. But still.

I bet they will make it so that using these gateways will drop flags etc in BG's, otherwise you would have more or less instant flag capping with a couple warlocks.

More than likely it'll happen, if it doesn't then 2 warlocks are more than likely going to be wanted for 10-15 man RBG teams for capping/mapjumping.

BfG, One portal in the house next to LH, one at mines/WW, instant defence. Considering Burning Rush and Unbound Will. Warlocks are shaping to be -very- good in PvP come MoP.

The animation its very cool when the portals spawn, distance its 70yd max and when u move into a portal u get enveloped into a green/purple ball that moves very fast to the other portal, also u get a 15s debuff after u used it.

I cannot imagine that there won't be any limit to the portals. Otherwise raid fights with lots of movement will get tons of warlocks to ensure movement is flawless.

There already is a limit ... 5 charges max, regens one charge every 15 sec ... and I don't think there are enough Warlocks playing WoW right now to have 5 per raid :P

It looks pretty cool, there should be a glyph that changes the colour of the portals to blue and orange though :P

It's pretty cool. Only thing I'm disappointed with is that you can't use it for 3d movement. It requires a path to cast the portal.

This looks like it would be very strong in PVP - though i bet they would make it so flag carriers couldn't use it. Thou to teleport 5 ppl 70 yrds that quick is still fairly strong no matter what instance.

Found another video shows how to place it.... and interesting feature that It also works as a threat drop... always wondering if a tank could kite ads using this but I guess not.
