Thinking on rerolling Biochem. Question?

At the moment I have
400/400 Scavenging (was using when I had cybertech while leveling)
400/400 Slicing (love credits =))
400/400 Underworld Trading (was "farming" for companion afflication and using it for some easy credits when Slicing crit a UT mission)

Now I thinking on dropping 1 or 2 in favor for Biochem and Bioanalysis. Moslty for reusable Stims and Adrenals.

Scavenging is almost a "ofc" change to Biochem. But I wonder if its worth to save UT and just go, Scavenging -> Bioanalysis (farm enough mats for me to get too 400) -> Biochem

or

Scavenging -> Biochem & Underworld Traindg -> Bioanalysis

Atm I dont see any use for Diplomacy, I rather gonna have it on my next alt then.

What you guys thinks? Some pointers would be awesome

+ Do I learn reuseable(rakata) from trainers or from Ops drops

You'll need Diplomacy for the medical supplies that are needed for adrenals that persist through death.

As for the reusable stims, there aren't going to be anymore added to the game according to BW. What that means is that the stim available prior to 1.2 are still going to be in the game. However, if higher quality stims are released, there will not be an epic version that can be reused.

Since there aren't going to be any new versions added to the game, you'll likely need Diplomacy to make newer blue quality stims.

Diplomacy gives you the blue and purple items you need to craft blue and purple recipes. If you would rather buy those then no you don't need it. One nice side effect of having it is the light/dark bonuses. My sorc hit dark 5 at lvl 27, if it wasn't for the 5 to 6 lvls the rakghoul quests gave me on Tatooine it would have happend at a lower lvl. Is that game breaking no not at all, I do know plenty of 50s that are sitting at light/dark 3 though and are doing everything they can to raise that.

Diplomacy mats are NOT needed for reusable stims/adrenals, only for the one time use

I know the "non reusable" are abit better atm then the reuseable but its so little so Im not goign to care about that for now, if they add new stims etc and no reusable more as that have said, I just have to use my alts Diplomacy then

And for the light/dark side, im almost Light 5 on my main so no need for the bonus points for.

Biochem is not a real good money maker currently. Even the persist through death "flasks" don't seem to sell very well, I would assume because so many are Biochem for the reusables.

While you don't really need diplomacy for biochem it helps a bit since mats may not always be available on your GTN based on your server. At present it is still a viable profession if you raid/run FP's a lot since you will save quite a bit of credits on reusable stims and/or reusable medpacks. As for biochem basic mats (lv6 compounds and samples come to mind) I find that they still move pretty well on my server. I was also fortunate enough to win a exotech aim stimulant schematic and as long as you don't overprice your stims they should continue to move for you.

The Rakata resuables are learned from the trainers. The blue mats required to make these are no longer BoP so check your GTN to see what's available or run a FP or two to get all the blue mats you need for the reusables.

As I said I will roll diplomacy on alt so any mats in need can be "farmed" there.

Rolled an alt with Biochem.. definitely worth it. Don't know why I went any other route.
