Rathrak HC vs Vagaries HC

Heya, as the title says I just got rathrak hc and was testing it, seems decent damage from the proc but the reforge it required has lowered my mastery almost a whole 2%. So, i was wondering, anyone has the math to verify if it's indeed better?

I don't have the math but on fights with reliable aoe phases, it'll effectively be 9-11% of my total dps which im sure would outweigh the effectiveness of the extra 2% mastery you would gain in using vag, unless you sit in solar for alot of fights, but even then I still think rath would out dps vag by quite some margin.

Rathrak H is the second best Moonkin weapon after DTR, no matter the fight. The increased SP and the proc more than make up for the loss in secondary stats.

Higher item level = Higher Intellect = Higher Spellpower. 416 Rathrak > 410 Vagaries by a fairly high margin. The increase in pure spellpower makes up for the loss in secondary stats, the proc is just an added bonus.

As long as you're maintaining 3102 Haste breakpoint (or whatever it is when you're guaranteed DI), H Rathrak is better than H Vagaries.

Only thing I'm not sure on would be H Vagaries vs Normal Rathrak.
