I have 150-160 Mbps while that is on the high end i doubt i'll be able to pull that patch in at that speed, it's not on the EU servers yet either.

I would kill for that kind of speed. I don't even have a 20th of that. I get 650 Kb/s which is about average here

Well no company can work around that low end speeds 90 Kb/s (that's beyond even smallband no as that's around 256 kbps iirc)

13+35GB is a tad absurd.

If anyone can tell me if they changed combat or if it's still the gimpy hybrid would be nice . and I don't mean animations, I mean the actual mechanics.

For those not in the know it's worth noting that as of this patch it is not a good idea to cast AoE abilities in the middle of a city now that NPC's are able to be killed...

Yes.

Everything respawns. Chests in houses, the locks on houses.

Ah, great - so I can essentially just go on a killing spree, wait a while and then everything is back to normal?

I suppose that'll allow me to go for the achievements without getting screwed over.

Not very aside from losing out on the skill line

Yeah, but killing people costs a lot of gold.

I racked up a 2.5k gold bounty for killing about 15-20 people? You have to pay it in order to buy/sell goods(unless using merchant In your citiy's outlaw refuge), and not be murdered by the guards.

That was 6 updates ago so kinda. They've added more in a year than WoW will in it's next year.
