That's a huge addon to use for something so small as expanding the quest tracker upwards.

Tried it out and it doesnt expand it upwards.
I anchor it to the bottom right, change the axis to get it where I want it. Then when I click the expand quest log icon it moves itself half way up the screen and proceeds to track the logs downwardly. When I close it, it goes back to where I put it.
So yeah, doesnt really expand it upwards.
