Hunter's can't use thrown weapons (so they can't be transmogg'd)
Dual-Wielding what appears to be Shadowmourne...

My guess is Private server, or some kind of crazy bug that will become known due to this, massively overused, and then hotfixed.

it is a private server, but the people on his team aint from same realm, and DW frostmorn and polarm from Deathwing dont seem legit specialy when frostmorn is just for pala,dk and warr.
