How's this chardev look for hit/exp and ctc

Was going for full stam gems with as close to hit/exp caps while being ctc capped buffed. It's safe to assume I'm always going to have horn of winter and mark of wild right?

Add a str flask and I'm over the ctc cap.

I'm no expert, but I can't see that being very viable with the dodge rating so low. In the times when I have toyed with my own spec, focusing on trying to gain more hit and exp for my 10m raid, the incoming damage that I was taking was spiking way to often. I'd rather maintain my survivability, make my healers lives easier and leave it to the DPS to do their jobs.

Try this. It's better to be closer to the expertise soft cap than hit cap anyways.
