Another will it run D3 post

Sorry for another one of these but its the only place I think I can get the answer. So in a week or so, hopefully, I will be upgrading from my laptop to a desktop so I can pretty much play D3. I would have loved to go the whole build my own computer way, but I am probably going the BestBuy route. I just hoping that you guys can give me some solid advice on what to do. These are the comps I have been looking at:

    http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Dell+-+V...&skuId=4746866

    http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Dell+-+I...&skuId=4843261

    http://www.bestbuy.com/site/HP+-+Pav...&skuId=1243488

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance!!!!

If I had to get any of them I would likely get the first one.

I don't think D3 has high specifications but the only component that is likely to bottleneck performance is the video card, or lack thereof in most of the computers you listed.

They are decent baselines though. I would honestly just order a mid range video card and perhaps some better ram (it's dirt cheap) to replace the weaker components. Might run you another 200 dollars but it would be worth it IMO.

As always building them is far superior! (And cheaper!)

But out of the gate the first one should run D3 ok, or do you still think the video card is going to be a problem?

The first one likely will not run Diablo 3 at all. It cannot run WoW, so it probably cant run D3.
The second one likely will not run Diablo 3 at all. It cannot run WoW, so it probably cant run D3.
The third one MIGHT be able to run Diablo 3, however it will run like crap, as thats the bottom of the barrel video card.

EDIT: The fourth you just posted is better, but not worth $650. Is it possible for you to have a friend or someone build a system for you?

Are you upgrading a system, or what? What is your current system? What is your budget?

    Budget is $500-600.
Current system is as best as I can tell:
    ASUS N80VB laptop
    Intel Centrino
    Windows Vista
GeForce 9300m GS 512MB video card
    4 GM RAM
    T6400 @ 2.00 GHz processor

So you're using a laptop at the moment, correct?

Can you have someone build a system for you? You can have something fairly respectable for the 500-600 range built pretty easily.

Yes it is a laptop. There is only one person I know of, but not sure if she has the time to do all this. Think it would be worth posting in the computer thread and see if someone is willing to put in the time and see what they come up with?

I definitely wouldn't buy one of the system you listed, you'd be disappointed by the performance.
They all lack a proper discrete card.

The following system is in your price range and should offer decent performance :

However, if you can spend a bit more, these systems (at roughly $700) should let you play D3 maxxed :

Playing maxxed is not a huge concern. I just want to be able to play with little to no lag. But http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16883227392 should give me pretty good gameplay?

Yeah it should be fine if you're willing to turn down some graphics details.

Please head on over to the computer forums for more serious help if you want to get people who know their crap about computers and have built our own. I would not suggest any of the computers you were looking at because they have integrated graphics and Intel HD 2000 Graphics SUCK, royally.
