Ele BiS weapon

So, obviously DTR is the absolute BiS, however my guild is killing heroic madness tomorrow and i need a quick tidbit of information. If heroic rathrak drops is that my BiS for all fights (aoe and single target)?

I'm pretty sure Hvagaries + Htimepiece is BiS after the legendary staff.

6 Ilvls of SP + a Nature damage proc, I would personally go for HRathrak+HTimepiece over the other combo. The fact the proc is nature and boosted my various ele talents/specializations I believe.

I simmed it for myself some days ago and Heroic Vagaries+Heroic Timepiece and Heroic Lightning Rod is pretty much identical, while Heroic Rathrak+Heroic Timepiece is (with my gear, 406ilvl) about 500 dps better than both.

Eh, according to what I've looked at that combo beats the legendary staff. Idk though, I heal so it doesn't matter to me haha!

Here are my sim results if anyone cares. Fight style: Ultraxion(single target)

Hrathrak+Htimepiece = 41522 dps.
Hvagaries+Htimepiece = 40916 dps.
Hlightning rod = 40771 dps.
Hscalpel+Htimepiece = 40734 dps.

DTR = 44230 dps.

So yeah. rathrak+timepiece is second best in slot.

Dunno what you've looked at, but single target related things Dragonwrath surely beats Rathrak hc.
