Are you planning on watching the HD Movies on your computer or on a TV or similar?

It looks fine other than a few things. I have to wonder why you're getting the components necessary to overclock when you plan on getting a 3450. Why not go with something you'll get a great deal more performance out of for around the same cost, such as the 2500k? Also, you can get a Samsung drive with around the same performance as the one you chose for about $30 less. As for the PSU, you could replace it with something cheaper and of better quality like this or this. With the money you'd save from those alterations you could consider bumping up the GPU to something like a 7850.
