    My Computers Resell Value

Hey guys, was wondering what my computers overall resell value is. I have:

    N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX
AMD Athlon II X4 645 Quad Core 3.1 GHz
    Nvidea Geforce GTS 450
    6 GB RAM DDR3-1333
    Integrated ALC888S-VD audio
    802.11 Wireless b/g/n PCI-E Mini card
Hard drive 1 TB 7200 RPM
CD/DVD disc drive SuperMulti DVD Burner drive
    Power Supply
    Internal 250W (100-240V)

not looking to get a sh*t ton, just maybe a few hundred bucks. what would youu guys personally pay for this computer? had it almost a year now, no problems whatsoever.

Around $200-250 without OS is fair price for it. Depending a bit on how fugly the case is

You could get slightly more selling it in pieces (mobo+cpu+ram, hdd, gpu separately). Put some OS on it before trying to sell it, even Windows 8 preview.
Never going to log into this garbage forum again as long as calling obvious troll obvious troll is the easiest way to get banned.
    Trolling should be.

I would probably avoid mentioning the PSU value unless specifically asked.

it has windows 7 on it, and i can reinstall it too to wipe the hard drive disk and give the buyer a fresh PC.

you might want to wipe the hard disk "properly" before reinstalling windows 7, just to be safe

Okay. Do you know as to how to go about doing that, Rixis?

    there's a bunch of articles

    http://www.zdnet.com/blog/storage/ho...hard-drive/129
    http://www.auslogics.com/en/articles/wipe-hard-drive/

etc (google things like "completely erase hard drive data")

some might see this as overkill, but better safe than sorry

With the monitor and headset I'd say about $350.
