That WAS helpful.

There is no difference between the effective situations at all.

That "Mage Bomb" will turn into the bomb spell you talent. The only purpose of this change is to make keybinding easier as you don't have to rewrite your macros and shit every time you change your talents.

If you can't understand that tooltip, which explicitly says that it changes depending on what talent you choose, then you aren't going to understand any explanation I give either

It's just a spell that morphs into whatever bomb you pick as a talent for easier keybinding.
