No hard CC works on Empress adds. Only stuns and snares.

Careful when you stun, the stun can sync. their swing timers and burst the tank.

True, but a stun synced with a carrion swarm knockback could work to stagger dmg, although I will keep an eye out for the synced swing

Another friendly suggestion is to single target them down. Keep 3 on your most durable tank, kill two on the softer tank, have the softer tank taunt one off, kill another, etc.
We always end up ahead on adds in our 10 man, so we actually have to stop DPS and allow the remaining wind blades time to drop more sticky resin. Good luck!!
