Hmm. Might buy one even though i've already bought one, then keep it in its original package for a few decades then sell it.
Had mine pre-ordered off Amazon for a while . Also I've had much better experiences with Amazon than Game.
I preordered on Amazon but also bought another one to sell later :P They are already selling for £150+ on eBay :P
Signed up here to say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOOOUUUUUUUU.
I thought all hope was lost. Just bought 2 of them
On another note, I have seen it posted that Blizz will refund the digital edition if you buy it to play at launch then upgrade it with your CE key when it arrives. Anyone know how much truth there is in this?? I'm on hold to Blizz tech support at the moment, so will post back here if I get an update from them.
HOKAY! Just got off the phone with them, if you buy the digital edition and upgrade to the CE then contact support, the will "no-cost" a digital edition of diablo 3 to a BNET account of your choosing. Not as good as a refund, but I'm sure I can get someone to buy one off me at a later stage.
He also said he was very surprised that Game and Gamestation had opened up orders for CEs again today but also mentioned that he didn't know much about the marketing side of things and they may have received a late batch.
Both are now out of stock!
"Only Jack can zip up."
The word you want to use is "have" not "of".
You may have alot of stuff in your country, but we got Lolland.
They will credit you 4 months of WoW subscription time.
example: You have 1 month of subscription time left on WoW, and you have 7 more months of annual pass obligation. After you attach D3 CE to your battlenet account you now have 5 months of WoW subscription time and will have to pay for 3 months on your own to fulfill your annual pass obligation.
It won't be a mistake. Generally, what happens is that when a game is available for preorder companies are told they have a certain amount of numbers they can put preorders up for. When I worked in HMV (granted, like 3 years ago now), we used to purposefully sell less pre-orders than what we had. This is because sometimes we get less numbers for whatever reason (such as some being damaged in transit). What has probably happened is that when the preorders arrived, they found they still had spares and put them up.
It would be a stupid mistake to make on BOTH GAME and Gamestation websites.
These were bullshit, my order just got cancelled by them.
Think yourself lucky you didn't get them from Game in Australia...
