How much would you spend on Ashes of Al'ar on the Blackmarket AH?

I think its overrated and looks horrible, over the top and boring = nothing

Mimiron's Head on the other hand is much more desirable.

i wouldn't pay for it on the BMAH, at level 90, TK will be easily soloable so i'll just farm it and save my cash as i'm not exactly rolling in it

Indeed better to save your gold for mounts like Invincible or Mimiron's Head.

With the current implementation of BoA mounts I will be able to solo TK 10 (min 8 since I have 2 horde chars) times a week. chances of getting it on 1 of my chars.

Mounts like Invincible are much harder to solo and I have my doubts that they can be solo'd next expansion.

Ashes I'd try solo'ing for a while before I'd break down and buy it. Some of the other stuff that's harder to solo I'd be more likely to buy, but I'd still give it a few tries first. The only thing I'd buy outright are mounts that aren't realistically attainable any other way, like TCG mounts and so on.

But we do farm it still every week as I want it on all of my boxer toons, but i wouldnt bid on it, rather use my millions on something else.

I didn't vote for this poll, because even though I want it for collecting, I would never spend anything on it to obtain it.

You can get it for free in a lvl 70 raid that can be soloed for the most part, why would you waste gold for something that's easily obtainable with a little effort?

That's just me though, I prefer to earn it the way it was meant to be, not handed to me on a silver platter I just pay for.

Zero! It wouldn't feel right buying that mount and I still can't believe that it's going to be for sale. Rewarding players who have the time to play the AH and obtain an obscene amount of gold is wrong. This will also boost the demand for illegally farmed gold and in my opinion is taking trading in the wrong direction.

I would prefer if Blizz put more effort into developing more creative ways to obtain mounts/gear instead of just making another boring AH.

Being gold capped on two characters on one realm and almost gold capped on another realm & character, I'm currently buying FCs to tranfer my AH alt to my main server...

Only two pieces of tier 3 I don't own, and I want the corrupted Ashbringer + I have A'lar, Miri's head (Payed a guild to let me tag along during wrath for a few $$ :P) as well as some of the others, including crap looking troll sword.

Guess we'll see what people will pay, either way I'll pay more... I must be the most evil looking Gnome warrior ever. I WILL BE!

I'd also snap up some of the other mounts without much though, you wouldn't believe how long I've farmed rivs charger... RNG please kill self.

I actually dislike the idea of drop/achievement mounts being on the AH

I understand the TCG, vendor and faction mounts, but to me doing an achievement or farming an raid/dungeon for a mount is more rewarding than buying it.

Granted faction mounts need grinding too but its really just doing dailies vs. being skilled in a group for an achievement or having a good luck on RNG
