Diablo 3 better ping?

I am kinda preparing my computer for Diablo 3. I've removed unneeded files, disabled unneccesary programs and now I am thinking if I should use install that thing that makes ping better in-game. I don't quite remember what it was, but it tweaked something making games have a better ping.

To those who remember what it was called, do you think it will improve the latency of Diablo 3?

Won't make much of a difference. The game was smooth and responsive at three digit pings for Europeans in the beta (servers were in the US), and you'll be without a doubt in the two digit range, assuming you're not using a dongle.
