How to retrieve an item from the AH?

So, someone put up a really nice set of shoulders on the AH for 750g. I bought them without hesitation, as I haven't even seen any drop and gold is coming extremely easily (level 12 with 24k). Now, my question is how the heck do I actually retrieve them without a mailbox? I checked my 'stash' in New Tristram and they weren't there...

Go back to the AH interface RIGHTMOST Tab
on the left site you see your bought items there is a button or sth to move item to stash

Auction house then "Completed Items" will list them all, then you have to "Send to Stash" your gains.
