Best ele spec for Ultraxion??

so, im looking at anyway to possibly do a little bit more dps on ultraxion in order to get people off my backs, i currently pull 42k ish dps on ultraxion ...when my ele totems are up - but generally we have altleast 1-2 wipes cos people are pushing shit and trying to pop there button with like .5 secs left on the clock in order to maximize dps.

when my totems are down for a fight it absolutly tanks my dps which is understandable. now im looking for a spec to push as much dps just for ultraxion as thats what people look at 1st for logs. and this is what ive come up with

it pretty much gives 1min extra of the both ele totems. if anyone has a better idea please let me know.

balance your haste and mastery more. with the staff and 4 set they are very close if not leaning more to mastery being better

dunno if u noticed but i have necromantic focus, thats alot more master throughout the fight ... and atm haste is still better

I did a quick run in SimCraft for your character and mastery sims a little bit higher than haste.

Go for the talents you suggested, totemic focus spec is definitely better for Ultraxion. Don't forget to swap your glyph of unleashed lightning. And if you really want to maximize your dps, you'll have to push the button in last possible moment, or just hope for good procs.

Once I got the staff mastery simmed out alot higher than haste. I keep a pretty high uptime of the four set with my mastery atm.

Firstly, you might want to play around with your reforges a bit, to edge closer to the hit cap.
Considering ONLY Ultrataxion: Do you have logs or save your recount data? All you need to check is if the extra uptime on the Fire Ele gives you more DPS than 3/3 in Improved Shields would. (The latter can be calculated longhand, but simply multiplying your Fulmination (and Lightning Shield procs) by 23/21 (aka 1.15/1.05) should suffice to show which is greater. (I believe the answer is the Totemic Focus build you have.)
For your prime glyphs for Ultratax, the best setup is probably Flame Shock / Lava Burst / Lightning Bolt

PS: Simcraft is pretty easy to use and knows how to deal with Necromantic Focus, etc. Personally, I'd recommend reaching for just a little more spirit/hit (in the neighborhood of 5 more spirit/hit rating). When you sim your own numbers, you may need to increase the number of iterations to 25k or 50k to get an accurate read on whether you should be aiming for a little more mastery and a little less haste than you have.
