Michael Phelps, how many gold medals did you win swimming in a pool? Fish can swim in a pool. No fish can play TvZ like Innovation

    You'd be 100% wrong.

Then one might as well count the volume of the rocks, the quantity of air and the size of the backdrop mountains you cannot climb in the size of the world.

    It's pointless.

No. The water is the expanse of the map. The volume of air and mountains you cannot reach are not.

Yes, but the water means absolutely fuck all. Seriously, did you even read my posts at the bottom of the last page? If you count the water, as you could, it being traversible, then Wind Waker obviously wins. But counting it takes all meaning out of the argument, and you can't really do much on the water anyway.

In a video game? No. You actually are traveling the ocean, it's not a background drop just there for decoration.

It's essentially the same as Hyrule Field in other Zelda games, you can do just as much on them as you can on the ocean, I really don't know what you're getting at.

Pure size WW obviously wins, but ye its mostly water :P. I do remember devs talking about how big they made Hyrule in TP compared to all the previous games.

So the water is not part of the world because you don't like WW and say it's not.

Skelington has. Content has nothing to do with whether it is part of the world or not. Your point is pointless.

WW is easily the biggest Zelda World. (And just saying it doesnt count because its water. Look at the placements of various settlements.

Deku tree is MILES away from Death Mountain....

    Getting a bit heated, mm?

I'd have to vote for WW. It always felt the most epic to me.

Though, I have yet to play SS yet.... ><

The sky is really small. Theres barely anything to explore. Its a terrible overworld. Not missing much

WW is still my favourite, started playing it again recently actually.

However it has the longest base time of any Zelda game thus far

If we're talking shear size then yeah it would be windwaker. You have to count the ocean because you're sailing over hyrule it's just flooded. There's a ton of land beneath you, whether you can interact with it or not. The game that felt the biggest though had to be Twilight Princess. The amount of time it took to travel from end to end took a bit of time, the areas also felt pretty large. The yeti mansion is still one of my favorite dungeons to date. Personally, I like the style of it. Anyway, I'd have to go with windwaker being the largest.

The reason other games felt bigger is because each area felt different and had different content. Okay, WW had a lot of ocean, but there was nothing different about the ocean in one corner to another, with minimal exception. There was very, very little to do on the actual water and what you could do could be done in EVERY part of the ocean.

There wasn't very much to do in Hyrule Field either. It might've had more enemies, and some grass, but it had no more actual content than WW. If we're measuring based purely on content, than Skyward Sword would probably win.

Quick question, what's the best way to play games such as Majora's and older games on a PC, would a keyboard and mouse work or would an alternate controller that connects to a PC work better?
