Diablo 3 Requirements, Need assistance please.

Hi, I have a simple question I hope. I need to know if I can play diablo three on minimum settings. I have used system requirement lab, but that had steered me wrong before.

Here is what I have:

Video card will work, although not too well in all likelihood. Blizzard games usually aren't too dependent on the video card, so if you can live with the eyesore of low settings, it'll probably work. The processor....yeah, it's really slow, and Blizzard games always seem to be pretty CPU heavy as opposed to video card dependent. Who knows, it still might work, but it probably would be really hard to play.
