    IIRC YouTube has a deal with content providers where they will automatically flag videos without the provider having to file a DMCA, which means you would have no legal recourse even if you had a legitimate claim to use the content.

    If you don't care about the ads, just leave it up there. AFAIK the worst that will happen is it will eventually get taken down, or they'll mute the audio. It's happened to a few of my videos before, but I still have my account.

    Really wierd copyright claims are done all the time. Just dispute it.
