[H] <Twenty Percent Cooler> Danish 10 man guild, Rank 90

<Twenty Percent Cooler> is a Danish guild, thus we are only looking for raiders, who will be capable of raiding in Danish, but not to exclude the majority of people here on the forums, this post will be in English.

<Twenty Percent Cooler> is, as mentioned above, a Danish 10 man guild, on the server Kazzak, Horde. It was created the 29th of July 2011, which was approximately 5-6 weeks after the release of Firelands. Even though of our late start, we still managed to kill Ragnaros Heroic as the third Danish guild, only one reset after the first Danish guild killed it.

In Dragon Soul we managed to become Danish first to kill Heroic Madness of Deathwing (the 2nd of February 2012), which has resulted in us achieving an overall World Rank of 161 and a 10 Man World rank of 90, at the time.

As a guild we are very ambitious and our goal is to be the best of Denmark, which we have achieved, for now. We find raiding the most fun, when it's taking place at the highest possible level and when it's in fierce competition with others, both national and international guilds.

Due to the above, we care a lot about min/maxing in all possible ways and we are aiming to have as effective raids as possible. During progress it's very likely that we will intensify our raiding schedule, as long as our raiders can vouch for it, since we, as a guild, exsist for our own gain and therefore we are flexible towards ourselves.

We exspect that our raiders are:
- Prepared for our raids.
- Know everything there is to know about their class (read relevant theorycrafting etc.).
- Can take criticism and learn from their mistakes.

Raidtimes (during farm it's only 1-2 raids a week):
- Monday 19.30 - 23.00
- Wednesday 19.30 - 23.00
- Thursday 19.30 - 23.00
- Sunday 19.30 - 23.00
(all listed times are in servertime)

We are currently recruting:
1 Tank, preferably Warrior, although Druid, and in worst case, Paladin, can work to.
1 melee DPS in the form of an Arms Warrior, or Frost/Unholy Death Knight.
