Daniel Rotspine founded this Cult when Illidan was killed, in hopes he could summon the great Xi'Tozz without interruption. Unfortunantly, the Horde and Alliance stayed in Outlands, and kept their land. Daniel, with his cult, lurk in the shadows until they can summon Xi'Tozz and claim to Outlands... for the Kli'Zarr.
