About us
Santa Maria is a tight-knit 10man raiding guild and also dabbles in some PvP. Our core members date back to TBC and early WOTLK.
We are a group of laid back players who take the game seriously while allowing for real-life. We offer stable leadership (Officers have been guild-mates for years), solid play from players who know their classes and a very active, engaging and often hilarious guild chat / ventrilo server.
We've always been a late night guild. We are your average guys/girls who, because of work/family/school commitments, cannot raid during the afternoons/evenings. We aim to clear content at a steady pace which is why we raid 9 hours per week, during which we are focussed, determined and ready to take down anything blizzard throws in our way.

Recruiting
- 1 Healer (priest/shaman preferred)
- 1 Warlock (very high priority)
- Possibly 1 Other DPS (pref DK Or Boomkin)
- Possibly 1 tank (Feral/Pala)
- Possibly a monk re-roller with solid previous experience
What we expect from applicants and raiders
- With our light raid schedule we require 100% focus, effort and preparation for raids
- High attendance / reliability during farm content as well as progress raids
- Ability to integrate socially into the guild
- Trials must demonstrate the ability to play their class at a high level: we expect our DPS to regularly rank on WoL; our healers to be able 2-heal fights where necessary and our tanks to be vocal and understand how to maximise survivability or damage when needed
Raiding Days (all times Server Time i.e. CET):
- Thursday 22:00-01:00
- Sunday 22:00-01:00
- Monday 22:00-01:00
We try to be strict in raiding three days per week but will sometimes add a fourth if people are especially horny for progress (for example the first week of a new raid tier). We are looking for players who can, more often than not, raid all three regular raid days (real life happens, we get it). Also, if you can't handle being sat as part of a fair raiding rotation or for very specific comp reasons on progress kills, then we aren't the right guild for you.

Santa maria is an equal opportunity employer. We all have different backgrounds and come from all over Europe. In our guild it doesn't really matter what color, religion or race you have/are. Therefore, besides raiders, we are particularly looking for a few ******** to farm us herbs & ore for MoP.
Also worth noting Santa Maria is the most tolerant guild around. Everyone has equal rights of getting bashed and smashed. Everything you were taught not to say in your childhood is explicitly allowed, under all circumstances. If the officers think otherwise, you just tell em to go *** themselves.
