First time building a computer, looking for help

Hello! I am currently in the process of preparing for building my first computer. I really don't know what to do in choosing parts, So I went with the Build of the Month for a basis.

    Budget
    $1500
    Resolution
    1920x1080
    Games / Settings Desired
For games, my goal is to be able to play just about any game without having to ask myself, "Gee, I hope I can run this game!" But at the moment, My main games I wish to play would be Rift, WoW, Diablo 3, Dota 2.
Any other intensive software or special things you do (Frequent video encoding, 3D modeling, etc)
    No
    Country
    USA
    Parts that can be reused
None, My Mouse, Keyboard ect are still good though.
    Do you need an OS?
Yes, I lost my windows Disc that came with this computer.
Do you need peripherals (e.g. monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, etc)?
    No

Currently, I have this picked out (again, going off the build of the month)

I'm following what the stickies told me to do before I rush off to buy any parts, I wanted to get people who know what they are doings thoughts on this.

I'd drop the CPU to a 3570K, and use that money to get a better graphics card. you could also afford to drop down to a 650W PSU if you are not planning to get a second graphics card.

    What PSU/Card would you suggest?

Thanks for fixing that! A question though, Whats the difference between this new build with OS included and the other one? I know the cost is lower and that's good but how will the cheaper build differ from the more expensive one?
