Did you transfer them to your stash from the completed tab in the auction interface? Should take a few seconds.

Did you go to the 'completed' tab in the AH, and sent them to your stash from there? If not, it might take a while before you get them ('a while' meaning forever =P)

Even in the completed tab, it can take just a few moments to show up. For some reason, mine never seem to show unless I go in to a game then come back out to collect them.

Every time you buy an item you have to send it to your "Stash".
Also when you sell an item, the money won't be placed in your bag, you have to do the same thing and send them to your stash.
