some advice on building a new computer or upgrading mine please help

Hi guys, I bought games like Diablo III, Guild Wars 2 and etc. New games, but I just figured out that my computer cant produce enough FPS to run smoothly I was thinking on buying and building my own computer, but I don't know the prices and even the names of what I should buy.. My expectation is, if i build a new computer, I can play Starcraft II, Diablo III and Guild Wars 2 with the highest settings or atleast medium. Please help me, and if u suggest anything, please say the price also and the name and the type of what it is. I don't really know much about computers but I'm willing to learn. Anyways my budget is flexible but I wont go overboard to like 2000$, maybe 1500$? But just tell me whats necessary

Anyways, here is my spec :
    Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU
    E4600 2.40GHZ
    2.39GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
    Physical Address Extension
Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce 8400
    Chipset : Intel P35/G33/G31
    Memory : DDR2 Dual Symmetric (2048Mbytes)

Thanks guys.Waiting for your replies hehe

This is under $2000 and completely insane, however it has a 1920x1080 monitor and 2 HDD's for raid 0 ya know in case you want to record! Also has SSD and a 7970 not a 7850.

Not from the website I posted. You would be best finding a local store or place that ships to you(probably amazon) and configure it with the parts I listed.

If you are having trouble or just want to clarify before you purchase just ask
