It's a browser game, every four seconds the game changes to another of the 16 mini games at random.
There is a speed multiplier that gradually increases every 16 seconds, making it challenging.

Oh, I've definitely seen that played, but cannot remember the name of it for the life of me. Actually, now that I think on it, the one I saw actually changed to real games, like NES games.
