    Animal Rage PTF dosage

    I recently started using the Animal Rage pre workout, starting at one scoop, and I felt nothing. I don't usually drink coffee, but when I do it takes about 2 cups of dark coffee, and some sugar, to get me worked up. Seeing as Animal Rage contains a lot of caffeine and B12, I'm thinking that might have a very high tolerance for caffeine.
    I'm wondering if I should up the dosage, and if so, how much? It says not to take more than a scoop on the package, but like I said, I feel nothing from it.

    Why are you taking it in the first place ?
    I'm not familiar with this brand or product, but assuming that the nutritional facts are correct, there's nothing significantly useful in there.
    High dose of caffeine and taurine might elevate your heartrate and give you a tingling sensation (same as pretty much all energy drinks), but that's about it. Everything else is just placebo.
