Nothing above 1920x1080, however I wonder how it would even run at 1920x1080, to be honest. You won't be maxing out either game and getting playable fps, that's for sure.

@OP: It depends on what you're doing. If you intend to play PvE in a 25-man-environment or enjoy PvPing in the middle of the fray, than WoW eats your CPU alive. Addons take their toll, too, some more, some less. Recount has been notorious for being a resource-hog.
If you want to play competitively in either PvE or PvP, you want to reach fluent framerates of usually 50 to 60 FPS with framedrops down to ~40 on some occurrences.

For Desktop-Equipment, any "modern" midsize-GPU will be of use to achieve this. A Radeon 7770 should do it. When it comes to CPU-Power.... well, a LOT of people bought a modern i5 or i7 because of their superior processing power. And most of them OC'ed them, because WoW needs a lot of power.

CPU and GPU mentioned are not too shabby, but more or less on the cheaper side of parts available. Don't expect anything too great of them. A 560 TI and an i5 would be way better. Yes, WoW won't make use of all four cores, but you can't OC a SB i3 like an i5-K. With Ivy Bridge, this seems to be different, because I heard you are able to OC the turbomode a bit. But the i3 isn't a bad choice - and way better than your sempron.

As for ToR: I got the feeling that ToR needs a better GPU than WoW, but the toll on the CPU is of a similar magnitude. That said, a GeForce 630 is definitively on the lower end. And be careful with buying a GT640: there are several GPUs sold under this label with different speccs and THEN there is a vast mixture of VRAM available. If you don't know what you're buying you can easily buy an overpriced piece of... well, they'll be slow. Try to get a 560 (TI) as long as they're available. If it's meant to be nVidia.

you play on an extremely low resolution then..

1920x1080 is the standard, that system would play it on low with with maybe 30 fps in a 5 man.

the second computer you listed has a 550ti, which i would imagine is a bit better then the 630 but i havent seen benchmarks from the new 630. they arent gaming GPUs but will be able to handle wow at a respectable resolution at a med-high graphics range.

The case will come with some fans, same as the CPU. You should get all the cords you need as well, from the motherboard/power supply packages.

I'm not sure what people are talking about, trying to say that the games take a near equal amount of CPU or GPU power. My computer is two or three years old, and was medium quality when I bought it. I can run WoW on highest settings much smoother than I can run SWTOR on lowest settings. WoW doesn't take much of a computer to run, and frankly, you only need to be able to run the game on medium anyway. Ultra doesn't look much different TBH. But SWTOR is incredibly CPU intensive, and GPU intensive to a much lesser degree, so be ready for that.

You've obviously never actually seen WoW on ultra then, at least not anything like real ultra, because I have and the difference is quite obvious from actual medium. WoW takes a boatload of CPU power, especially in highly-populated areas, (aka Illidan Org, 25 mans, big PVP battles, etc).
