Curse being obnoxious

Do I have to edit some registry to prevent Curse from starting up at startup automatically? It is obnoxious and annoying. I prevented it with programs such as CCleaner in the past and it appeared to ignore it.

windows key + r, type in msconfig, go to startup tab and untick curseclient and click apply and restart your computer, that should be it.

Option was there on CCleaner in the past and it ignored it when I unclicked it.

Or you could just disable the "Automatically start when I log in" option in the Tools -> Options menu.

Curse Client -> Tools -> Options, uncheck "Automatically start Curse Client when I log on to Windows".

Problem solved, no need to hack any registry or use the Windows Startup editor.
