computer frezze

hey my computer frezzed in diablo 3 after half an hour of gameplay.
then i started up mop beta to see if also was doing it there, after 10 min it was also freezing in mop.

i have geforce gtx 680 301.42, what can be the problem?

I would say drivers might be corrupt, video card could be overheating too much, or your pc's power supply isnt up to handling the card doing a heavier workload and the pc is freezing.

i have a ax 750 so that shouldn't be the problem.

the graphic card were maximum 40 celsius.

under the gaming of mop there was coming message from nvidia control panel that the driver stopped working then i restarted mop, so it could possible be bad driver by nvidia

After updating drivers check your temps, sounds like overheating issue.

the driver stopped working

Your graphics card probably isn't receiving enough power. Check ALL power-connections (inside and outside) and make sure they're plugged in well. Afterwards run 3dmark11 for an hour and if it doesn't crash your pc is fine.

i was running 3d mark 11 performance preset and then suddenly it freezed and i waited a minute turned the monitor off and then on, and then windows came with the message "nvidia kernel 301.42 stopped working".

does that mean that it is the driver that it causing the freeze?

so when nvidia come with new major driver my problem will be fixed?

Probably overheating, download Hardware Monitor and take a screenshot of the temperatures after a few minutes of gaming.

ok but last time it freezed the gpu was 54 celsius

I'd say start with doing a clean reinstall of your drivers. That can fix many problems!
