The specific PSU isn't listed so I can't look up reviews of it.

Other than that your rig looks good.

I'd suggest you to cough up $10 more and get the Crucial M4 256GB instead of your Corsair SSD. Faster and more reliable. Also, you shouldn't pay more than $100 for your Windows.

I would change case and psu, but that is a personal preference. If you like sleek, get a Fractal R3, if you want it more flashy take a Coolermaster HAF or 690.

And as Anderzon already said, get Windows 7 home premium, you don't need the extras provided by professional.

Also i would suggest the Microsoft Sidewinder X4 keyboard instead.

I don't know if you are aware of it, but the monitor you picked is not full HD (only has 1600x900). You might want to invest some more and get a 22" (21.5") tft instead.
Why do something simple, when there is a complicated way?

Fractal Define C | LG 32UK550 | Das Model S Professional Silent | CM Storm Xornet

Do you really need ~200GB SSD and 1TB HDD? If not you can save some money there.

These are the changes I would make. This is assuming you will never want 2xGPU's.

I also changed the case but it is personal preference so pick what you like.

I would say, that you can't go wrong with Logitech or Microsoft Webcams. If you just want to Skype, then about $30-40 should be well enough (e.g. Logitech C210 or C270). But if you want to do some "filming" (e.g. for uploading to youtube) then you might want to invest a little bit more.

For skyping, just get a basic webcam, Skype doesn't send higher quality images than 480x360 so even a 2Mpixel webcam will do.
