    Asus P8Z77-V vs. Asus P8Z77-V-Pro

    Hey!

I have been looking up all the stuff and i am looking for more opinions

    Differences

    - The pro has 2 more USB 3.0 ports.
    - The pro has Q-shield I/O anti-static back grill instead of normal
    - The pro got 12 power phases instead of 8

    - The pro has fan controller

If anyone knows of any other differences let me know. I am wondering
if people tend to just buy for the pro part or cause its actually worth it.
For me in particulair i am wondering if the fan controller validates the
16 euro,- aka 20 dollars extra.

    Any comments are greatly appreciated!

I would think you would know if you need the extra features or not. If you feel you need/want them then get the Pro version

I am more over wondering if the Fan Xpert 2 that v-pro brings is worth it for someone who
isnt going to overclock but likes things to be silent.

Asus P8Z77-V comes with this software as well.

also with the V pro you get an additional chassis fan header...which is sadly a large part of why i upgraded to that. HOWEVER microcenter was doing a combo i5 3570k for 190 if you buy the P8Z77 - V PRO for 170

    360 total FTW
