I think it will depend on how the damage/healing of those spells is lowered or increased. Atm all are not very impressive. However, all have uses in pvp. The big scary falling hammer - undispellable dot on an enemy or an undispellable hot on yourself or an ally. Holy prism is super useful when getting rogues or kitties out of stealth. Heal someone and it will damage any enemy nearby - poof all rogues and kitties are seen. And the other hammer is just like a concecration that heals - least useful in pvp, cause ppl will move out of it.
Holy Prism is pretty nice, but kinda lackluster in terms of dmg/healing, Execution Sentence feels a tad slow and weak in overall dmg, I havent tried out the other one yet to see how it shapes up, although I had been hearing rumors that Execution Sentence is bugged somehow, not quite sure how though.
TV is more of a filler when everything is on CD ability now so on a 70% basis u will have 2 or more holy power. That is +30% move speed. get PoJ > long arm.
At one time, PoJ was bugged on beta. It was something like 10% move speed at 0-2 HP, 30% at 3 HP, and when going from 3 HP -> 2 HP it stayed 30%. Has it been fixed to scale from 10% to 40%? (I don't have beta, or I would check myself.)
