Do I need to redownload the beta client?

Pretty much what the title says guys.

I played the BWE 1, do I need to download from scratch? My ISP gives me a bandwidth cap so I will probably not be able to play this weekend if a redownload is needed.

u dont need to redownload just patch about 3gb or so i guess ^^

Some research would have got you the answer too. Don't know why people open up a new thread for one simple question. I think it even says it in the e-mail you get from A-Net. A little more self-dependance wouldn't hurt! :P

Well I just opened the launcher for the first time in a few days and it suddenly wants to download 13gb again so I'd check if I were you.

edit: It's actually 5gb. Still a pretty big update so beware and get it done asap if you have slow net.

I did click the same icon I used to log into the game at the last test and it says "85000 files left". Is this what laserguns was referring to?

It won't download the whole thing again will it...

Yeah, 85000 files is the new 5gb patch. The full game was even more than that.
