anything semi sturdy and flat can open it... the end of a fork is easiest
Right here, have a solid ring (Something made out of steel or about as tough, no gold, too soft) and you can open it easily by getting the ring under the cap, and then just using your arm as a lever to open it up.
If I ever get a tungsten ring, I am going to have a lot of fun doing that. (Tungsten is pretty much indestructible for any situations jewelry will go in to)

Use superior screw top bottles.
Find a straight edged bit of bench/table, rest the rim of the bottle-top on the edge, push down sharply on bottle, drink beer.
I stare it it and eventually it pops off, it's called the force or something.
Lighter, keys ... Back when I had a Nokia 3310 I used the bottom side for cap removal ... That thing was beast!!
