Best: I have no idea what the genre is called, but whatever the one is that sounds like its from the 80s and sounds like it would fit in a video game, I guess that is Power metal or Hair metal?


Worst: The kind that is just screaming.


The only sub genres of music I know about and follow are either Fits in a Video Game or Does Not Fit in a Video Game, any music I hear goes into one of those two category's and I only re-listen to the first kind.
