LFGuild with Aussie & US Raiding Schedules

Hello,

I work shift work at my job, switching from 9pm to 9am and 9am to 9pm (EST) every month. I've found it impossible to raid with a US guild, just because I usually fail my trial because I can't show up for a month. Anyone know of a guild that has both an aussie raiding team and a US raiding team that fits those times? I'd greatly appreciate any help. Thanks!

All 3 of my serious raiding toons are on Sen'jin when trying to armory them:
