Graphics Card replacements

Finally giving my long-suffering PC some space in the budget, first on the list of replacements is a Graphics Card, wondering what people would recommend? I'm not asking for what is the BEST, by no means am I after a top end, more interested in what's got the best value, bearing in mind that the minimalistic demands of WoW are likely to be the furthest of it's exertions.

GTX 560ti on the nvidia side and maybe a 6850/6870 on the amd side, those are decent mid range cards that won't break the bank.
