<Duality>, 8/8 HM is now recruiting for our main raid. We converted to 25 man at the start of Dragon Soul and finished the tier US 56th.
We raid Wed., Thurs. and Mondays from 7:30PM to 11:30PM (Eastern). We are on Zul'jin Horde, a PvE server that runs on EST time zone with a Horde to Alliance ratio of 1:0.96 on a Chicago Datacenter.
Please take a look to make sure you can compete with our current members before contacting us. Unlike most other 25 man guilds we main a very tight roster so all raiders and recruits see extensive raid oppurunities.

<Smitus and Friends> is a weekend raiding guild, with the same mindset, kill every boss before any boss is nerfed. We also play this game to compete, meaning our goal for now is Top US 50 10 Mans. This guild was a break-off from Celestial of Turalyon. We feel we are back and stronger than ever, and are preparing for MoP, and will definitely be going for Top US kills come MoP.
Raid Times: (All times are in EST)
Friday: 9:30pm-1:30am
Saturday: 9:30pm-1:30am
Sunday: 7pm-10:30pm
"(Tuesday)" 7-10:30pm (This day will be used the first 2 weeks of new tiers, meaning we will clear normal modes the first week, and start heroic modes the following week) Basically, this day will only be used 6 times per expansion.

When you are looking at this, I'm assuming you are wondering why we are recruiting so many classes. Well, all of us are very versatile. While the above classes are the ones we are needing right now, we are about competition. If you feel you are better than any current member in our raiding roster, feel free to apply. What We Are Looking For:
Note: If your logs are great, and interview goes well, WE WILL pay your server and or faction change!
1. You WANT to raid. I will not keep players around, that just go through the motion every week. You should be keeping up with your class, and checking up on class changes daily, and maximizing your DPS for every little point of DPS gain.
2. You are able to take criticism. If I get frustrated with you, it should make you want to IMPROVE the next attempt, not just be mad all night, and play poorly.
3. Mature Players. We prefer people over the age of 18, however exceptions can and will be made for the right player.
What We Provide For Raiders:
1. We provide Cauldrons.
2. We provide potions for raiders.
3. We provide feasts.
4. We provide repairs for raiders.
5. We provide a fun raid environment, while we don't raid a ton, we still raid a decent amount, and while we play this game for joy, we get joy out of competition. During farm bosses, this will be a very relaxed guild, and we encourage joking and friendly insulting others, however you need to be able to focus and be serious while needed.
6. We provide strong leadership. Every single person in the guild know each other, this isn't a newly formed guild in the sense we have no chemistry, 9 of us come from Celestial, while the other 2 are personal friends from previous friends. You won't see this guild falling apart anytime soon.
Trial Process:
Below will be the steps of joining <Smitus and Friends>
1. Applying to our website.
2. Vent Conversation on ventrillo.
3. You will be accepted or declined.
4. If accepted, you will be a trial, which can be as long as 4 weeks, or as short as a week. If you don't get promoted within 2 weeks, it doesn't mean you are performing poorly, we are just getting a feel of you still, to see if our personalities in the guild match, and your skill is there.
5. You will be promoted to raider, which you will be able to get access our potions tab, and be able to repair.
6. Three months later, if you are still around, you will be promoted to Veteran, which allows you to roll on mounts.

OE is a guild comprised of skilled raiders who are experts on their preferred class and often many other classes. We expect our raiders to remain current with their theorycrafting and to maximize/minimize in every possible way. Our raiders have strong situational awareness and are always looking for ways to improve. Because of this effort, most of our core raiders have ranked in the top 200 of their class/role on WoLs, with several regularly placing in the top 50.
While we only have two required raid nights, OE is a very active guild on off nights. Our members can be found in mumble chatting, running heroics, completing achievements, or doing PvP any night/day of the week. We also allow our members to sponsor friends and family, who can join the guild in a non-raider position without an application, meaning there's always someone around to hang out with.

Tyranny is recruiting for Mists of Pandaria! We are presently 8/8H and US #37, farming Heroic Dragon Soul, having killed Madness killed on 2/8/12. Since then our weekly clears have farmed dozens Madness mounts. We are also 7/7 Heroic (pre-4.3) in Firelands 25, and farmed Heroic Ragnaros.
ABOUT US
Tyranny is a six year old, premier 4 day a week raiding guild for mature-minded players who want to raid at the highest level but desire a schedule that allows for them to balance WoW with non-game commitments. For 16 hours a week (during progression) we seek to raid the latest content at the highest level possible and to turn that effort into rapid success and achieve top US ranking status among 4 day a week guilds and overall.
We are also is a very active guild outside of raids with multiple alt runs and Ranked BG PVP groups. These are optional.
Tyranny has been server first and US Top 100 since Sunwell in 2008. From Burning Crusade to the present day we have had a our long string of successes such as M'uru (US 70th), Yogg+0 "Death's Demise" (US 78th), Heroic Lich King 25 (US 72nd), Heroic Ragnaros 25 (US 75th) and Heroic Madness of Deathwing 25 (US 37th).

SCHEDULE
During progression we raid 8pm - 11:59pm EST on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday (4 days).
At the present, with everything on farm, we are raiding Tuesdays (Heroic Dragon Soul 25) and have optional activies on other nights of the week (Fireland 10H for mounts, RBGs, Alt-Run).

- Be willing to attend 90%+ of raids.
