    The computer looks nice.

The only comment I can make is that it is better to spend 1/2 now and spend another 1/2 down the road. This will definitely last you 2-3 years, but it will probably be outmatched in 1-2. I could go on for hours, but I just wanted to leave you with that thought

I would dump the i7 unless you plan on doing a lot of 3D rendering and such, rather pointless for gaming as no game will use all the threading it can give.
    I would go for (and I am) http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819116504 ($239.99)
    As for the GPU but that's a personal preference, I'd go with 670 I.E http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814125423 ($399.99)

RAM you really don't need to go above 1600 since you won't see much of a performance gain.

PSU that is pretty much overkill, you would be better off with http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817153132 (750w)

    The rest looks good.

    EDIT
Do you plan to overclock? If so you might want to look into a better CPU cooler, that thing will get pretty loud.

On the PSU note, I've always been told and read its better to have one that provides more power then the system needs so it runs cooler and extends its life.

On the GPU your right, this one just looks like a lot of fun with the option of eye infinity and 6 outputs, though I'll probably never use more then 3 but will allow me to only have to buy one card until I choose to purchase another.

Not going to overclock as long as the processor can keep up with what I'm doing honestly, if not then yes I would overclock which is why I choose the MOBO I did. What would be a better option for cooling other then liquid as I have zero experience in that area?

First off you shouldn't be giving advice that you yourself wouldn't follow(IE buying 1600+ RAM)

Second, don't buy a thermaltek PSU ever because they are absolute garbage.

750W is overkill. A solid 650W Antec, Corsair, PC Power & Cooling, Seasonic will suffice.

The GPU is never personal preference unless you are comparing equal AMD/Nvidia cards. The 7970 is a much better card then the 670 and therefore is going to cost more money.

Either way I stick by what i said above.

If you don't plan on overclocking just ditch the cooler.

You could go with what I am in my next build:
CORSAIR H100 Liquid CPU Cooler (If you overclock)
    Cooling: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...81017&Tpk=h100 ($114.99)
    And
    COUGAR CF-V12HB Vortex
    Cooling Fans: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835553005 ($13.99)x4
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BbH1mhZWRn8 (His voice is a bit annoying but shows how it works).

If you don't overclock if I had to choose for my case I'd probably go with:
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835186060

And on PSU the 750w will be plenty of power.
And that's the same MOBO I have picked out as well, love the style and options.
Some might suggest others but the features and the 5 year warranty beat other cards IMO.

Either way I still by what i said above.
Actually the advice I'm giving is what I'd use, since I am using 1600 RAM.
Second I'm going by his list of parts I prefer SeaSonic.
I do agree on Thermaltek PSU but if he had good luck with them why should I push a different brand on him?
And what I meant by personal preference is the maker of.
And if you stand by what you said above why would you now change my suggestion of 750w back up to the 1200w he has picked out at start? Did you even look at his parts?

I won't argue with you about which RAM you bought(even thought I specifically remember you linking 1866 Gskill 126GB overpriced RAM and saying it was set in stone).

Maybe I took the personal preference thing wrong, but the 7970's are excellent cards and are not really comparable with the 670.

I am confused about your last sentence..

Yeah I hear a lot of good stuff about the 7970 but for me I had issues with drivers and stay away from their cards.
And PM'd no sense in us talking it out here.

And @OP if you can afford it and have no preference I'd go for SeaSonic PSU http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817151087 ($159.99)

Thanks to the both of you guys. Looking at that PSU right now. How hard is the whole liquid cooling thing?

It's very easy since it's closed loop, you don't really have to maintenance anything except from maybe dustcleaning the fans every 2-3 months
    i7-6700k 4.2GHz | Gigabyte GTX 980 | 16GB Kingston HyperX | Intel 750 Series SSD 400GB | Corsair H100i | Noctua IndustialPPC
    ASUS PB298Q 4K | 2x QNIX QH2710 | CM Storm Rapid w/ Reds | Zowie AM | Schiit Stack w/ Sennheiser HD8/Antlion Modmic

    Armory

    This exactly.
And remember it's a closed liquid cooling so no need to refill or anything.

...and it cools as well as an NH-D14, which costs half the price if you replace the fairly awful stock fans on the H100 for push/pull.

Yeah I linked some very nice fans above.

My point was that the H100 cools no better than an air cooler, which is quite a bit cheaper if you want push/pull and decent fans. It is not "water cooling" by a long shot.

It's right in the middle between real water cooling and air.
Take a i7 OC it run at 100% load it sits at 66c (stock H100) take one of the best air and you can maybe beat those numbers.
But throw on 4 fans on the radiator on the H100 and you got a very nice cooler.
And also mind you a lot of good air coolers are huge, H100 gives better cooling and smaller foot print IMO.

Or... you can not waste $160 on a cooler that performs barely better then the average $30-60 ones.
