Demo warlock need some advice.

So ive been playing demo a year now and i have recently quit for 3 months and came back. Granted i rank and raid in us top 300+ guilds. Im nothing special just a good lock. Now that being said i just cameback to the game and i have some questions since im doing awfull granted behind gear


Q: Is mastery spec reforging everything to mastery and putting int mastery gems in yellow sockets using glyph of corruption and sb spec better than reforging the 1993 haste and going incin spec?

Q:Prepull gear swap is this better with incin spec or mastery

Q:rotation, Should i be casting immolate before coruption or after? i do corruption and bane at the same time.

Any feedback would be nice just somethings i am wondering about thanks

Um. This was nothing about help my dps. >.> The first two questions are valid here, but the third might warrant the "look at the sticky on how to play demo" thread

1) If you're strickly demo and don't do the other two specs, or can afford regemming when going between each spec, you do int/mastery gems regardless of the sb or incinerate spec

2) Rephrase please. Are you asking is the prepull gear swap better with incin spec or sb spec? Otherwise there's no option between incin spec or mastery >.>

3) Immolate first, unless you're not able to hardcast something for 1s and having to run in still. Bane before corruption for sure.

Looks like you're just simply confused ont eh shadowbolt or incinerate spec and their dps differences. The incin spec was designed out of BiS gear for a single target, patchwork style fight for ~400 dps increase, with a chance for more. This being said, it is VERY gear and fight specific. It is only really valid on Ultrax (although this fight is already bugged for demo with not getting the HoG aura on Ultrax), Zon Normal, Zon HM IF your assignment is to sit on the boss/claw and no other adds, Hagara IF you stack in the middle for ice phase and sit on her in melee and get lucky procs, Yor (normal/HM) IF you're assigned to sit on Yor and not oozes,etc. Also, because it's gear specific, you should be simming it first to see if it's an increase at all at your gear setup, usually trinkets make or break it.

i just want to improve my dps if you have time tomorrow ill hunt you down on your realm and poke and prod at you i mostly talk to lograr but he is never around. Like wouldent mastery spec be better in full bis since you have 2000 unreforgable haste?
