MoP question: Meat Cleaver and Bladestorm?

I'm just wondering if Fury Warriors get Meat Cleaver stacks from using Bladestorm, since in recount it registers as Whirlwind damage. I'm going for a heavy AoE Build in MoP so I'm just wondering if it would be a good combo (breaker).

Meat Cleaver has been changed on Beta. It no longer stacks to increase Cleave and WW damage. It instead causes your WW to increase the number of targets your Raging Blow hits by 1 stacking up to 3 times. Bladestorm does not stack this effect.
