3, but 2 are naked and on the shelf. Tying magic-find into the Paragon leveling system makes it pointless to play more than one character, which makes the game boring to me.

Two now. Softcore Barbarian and Monk. Haven't really done much with the barb though, and not sure I'm gonna get anymore capped characters. Even though I've had a 55 Demon Hunter for some time.
