Paladin

•Blinding Light now has a 2 min cooldown, down from 3.
•Contemplation now has a 8 sec cooldown.
•Hand of Freedom no longer has a cooldown listed.
•Hand of Protection no longer has a cooldown listed.
•Hand of Sacrifice no longer has a cooldown listed.
•Hand of Salvation no longer has a cooldown listed.

Talents

•Clemency has been reworked and is NYI. You can use Hand of Freedom, Hand of Protection, Hand of Sacrifice and Hand of Salvation twice each before incurring their cooldowns.
•Sacred Shield now costs 27% of base mana, up from 18%. SPH scaling on absorption has been increased by 50%. AP scaling was removed.
•Sanctified Wrath: now allows Avenging Wrath to last 50% longer. Holy: Reduces the cooldown of Holy Shock by 50%. Protection: Reduces the cooldown of Judgment by 50%. Retribution: Reduces the cooldown of Hammer of Wrath by 50%.


Much needed changes in my IMO, I rarely used clemency as a CD skill tho i had it selected and now its much much better and a must have for me as a PvP Ret. And it looks like Sacred Shield has been buffed as it was really week tbh. Now im going to try it out to see if it's better than Eternal flame and selfless healer.
