    Change to Ritual of Souls

    "Ritual of Souls now has a 3 second cast time, down from 60 sec. Now has a 60 sec cooldown, down from 5 min."

    Now if we look at the tooltip:

    "Ritual of Souls
    10% of Base Mana 30 yd range
    3 sec cast 60 sec cooldown

    Creates a Soulwell. Raid members can click the Soulwell to acquire a Healthstone.

    The Soulwell lasts for 3 min or 25 charges.

    Rituals
    Requires the caster and 2 additional allies to complete.
    "

    Made me laugh.
    This means that we have 3 seconds to get 2 people to click on the well or we have to wait a minute to try again.

    Be honest guys, how often will you raidmembers click on the well under 3 sec, even if you tell them?

    It's a tooltip error. Currently in the beta, Ritual of Souls doesn't require anyone to help you, it just plops down after the 3 second cast is done.

    Not really looking forward to being asked to hit a 3-second cast for heals that will largely go unused, but I love being a utility bot, so, meh. I'll take it just so I can yell at folks to click the darkwell ...

    You must play with some very terrible players or some very talented healers to have people not using their healthstones. I understand it during farm runs for raids, but in progression/pvp if they aren't using everything possible to stay alive then I would not want to be in their group.

    Haha you speak troof, but I did say "largely go unused" ... we have this weird habit of using the same tactics as our progression kills long after they're necessary, so for the first few kills the healthstones get used, but over the next (couple/few) dozen I'll still be dropping the 'wells without the same need to.

    Then out of nowhere we're one-tanking 2-tank fights, dropping healers in favor of moar dps, etc, when we probably could have much sooner (although, yeah, dropping healers increases the value of healthstones again).

    I guess I just meant in the tier-long arc.

    I just love how they renamed the spell Create Soulwell. Like really? Ritual of Souls was fine.

    Yeh, seems a bit arbitrary. Guess they didn't feel like a one-person cast was a "ritual" anymore ? Haha ...
